Turkish mafia boss and former ally of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan released a new video on Sunday and it has confirmed something widely reported on but now we have confirmation from a man on the inside of it.
I had been somewhat skeptical of him especially as he a mafia boss, in Dubai, and seemed to avoid implicating specific Turkish leaders including President Erdogan, but his latest video has opened a pandora’s box.
He detailed how he shipped arms, military supplies. drones, and vehicles to Al-Nusra front in Syria at the request of the paramilitary group Sadat which was formed by an advisor to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan by the name of Adnan Tanriverdi.
The mafia boss sent military equipment to Syrian Turkmens and shared the plan with a ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) MP in order to receive approval to dispatch the trucks. “They said ‘lets send additional trucks to Syria with your aid convoy.’ We sent our trucks to Syria as aid trucks, then we posed for photos with them. However, I thought they sent other trucks to the Syrian Turkmen rebels,” he said.
Be that as it may however, the weapons ended up in the hands of the Takfiri terrorist groups such as Al-Nusra front in Syria.
Sadat was founded in 2012 by former Turkish military officers who were expelled due to their hard line Wahhabi tendencies.
This occurred during the time Ahmet Davutoglu was Prime Minister and he has been urged to tell what he knew and when about these actons.
Peker went on to talk about this being “big business” in Syria, worth billions of dollars requires the permission of not only the presidential head of administrative affairs, Metin Kiratli, but also of pro-government businesspeople Ramazan Ozturk and Murat Sancak, as well as a senior Al-Nusra militant, Abu Abdurrahman, who is responsible for financing jihadis.”
Sedat Peker said the money trail couldn’t be traced due to a corrupt network facilitated by Suleyman Soylu the embattled Interior Minister.
So far the video has been viewed by over 9 million people in Turkey, over 10% of the Turkish population in less than 24 hours.
